Unable to add authorized contact

I need to be added as an authorized contact in Marketo so I can create a support case.


When I click "Create Case" I get:


"You are not currently authorized to create cases for your company. To add yourself as an authorized support contact, click the button below.."


I've clicked the button but our internal admin is unable to add me as an authorized contact. Please advise.
