Consumer NZ has an excellent opportunity for a permanent full-time Marketing Automation Specialist to join the team to manage our direct digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, using our marketing automation platform, Marketo.
About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for identifying, guiding and leveraging Consumer's marketing automation capability, technology, data and analytics to drive retention and acquisition of our membership database. You will provide governance and technical support on marketing automation across the business to enable seamless journeys and engaging experiences. You will build online user journeys in support of delivering brilliant customer experiences, retention initiatives and growing customer lifetime value.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in digital marketing and be technically astute with excellent writing skills and the ability to produce engaging content and compelling email campaigns. You will have the attention to detail required for end-to-end management of direct campaigns and trigger/batched-based programmes including workflows, audience lists, emails, landing pages, segmenting and testing. You will be able to create and manage a marketing automation activation roadmap, track key deliverables and regularly report on campaign performance, highlighting trends and insight that helps shape digital communication.
Ideally you will have proven experience as a digital advertising campaign manager using Marketo (or similar software) as a tool to execute successful digital acquisition and retention campaigns.
