Full Position Description: 

 

The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring all Fraternal marketing and email campaigns. Working closely with internal and external partners, the Manager will not only create and implement approved campaigns but will analyze results and recommend future strategies. This Manager will be the Marketo specialist and will have the ability to deploy innovative communications that drive membership.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Builds emails, landing pages and forms in Marketo and other systems following brand guidelines and best practices

  • Supports campaign creation and data management processes across all our marketing systems (i.e. scheduling campaigns and managing list data)

  • Collaborates with external agencies for creative services, web design and new template creation

  • Analyzes campaign performance (CTR, A/B Subject Line Testing, Ticket Sales and Customer Journey) and suggests improvements

System/Technical Knowledge:

 

  • First-hand experience in owning and managing a lead database with tracking, scoring and nurturing capabilities.
  • Marketo (email send programs, A/B testing, basic forms and landing pages, building campaigns from cloned templates)

  • Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Digital/social marketing experience

  • Social Media expert

  • Coding HTML/CSS

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics

 

 

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

 

  • BA or BS degree with emphasis in Business, Communications or Marketing

  • 2 -3 years of marketing experience or equivalent combination of training and experience

  • Marketo Certified Associate and/or Expert (MCE) certification a plus
