Contact records synced from Dynamics twice

Hi everyone, just a question regarding syncing and if anyones come across a situation like this before. We attempted a test sync between our Marketo and Dynamics sandbox environments, and all the contacts came over successfully. The only issue is that for a number of contacts (potentially all), the person synced to Marketo twice. 


The first sync has all of the person's data, the second sync only contains their name and sales owner.

Both person sources are Microsoft, I'm just having a really hard time identifying what went wrong here and what triggered the data value change?
