Hi, I scheduled an email yesterday and today I got 3 emails on my personal email. I checked the Smart list and the lists I have chosen are correct and no duplication. Any reason why this happened?
Do you receive emails redirected from any other sources such as mailing lists or other email accounts that could be in your database? If you download the email source, including headers, from your email client and give them to Support, they can find exactly where they originated from and how they were sent.
Are you sure all those emails were sent to same email address? Check the "To" header field of these emails once.
