I have a situation where emails have been removed from a stream and new content has been added back. A specialist was updating emails from V1 to V2. New emails were created and replaced their respective predecessor.
They are wanting to now add people mid-stream where they left off.
As far as I am aware the only thing that can be done now is to create a smart campaign to send them each manually, outside of the engagement program. there is not a way to push them mid stream?
going forward I am considering 2 strategies:
1. placing the new content below the legacy in-stream and then deactivating the legacy.
problem with this would be people in the stream would receive this new content if they are exhausted..?
2. converting the email streams to programs. if we placed programs in the same location and deactivated would this achieve the desired result as well?
has anyone encountered this issue as well?
