YOUR MISSION

As the digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the website, marketing automation, email, and social media accounts for Atlas Copco. The digital marketing specialist is self-motivated and will create and support the execution of the day-to-day work requests and assigned projects. They must be able to prioritize their assigned requests, manage projects independently and execute tactics with a strong understanding of digital strategy.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day content updates to Atlas Copco internal and external websites using Adobe Experience Manager and other software to create and publish new content.
  • Use our marketing automation platform, Marketo to build, test, distribute, and report on nurturing and email marketing campaigns to increase sales.
  • Create and post social content through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Develop and present best practices and trends to ensure success as it pertains to email marketing, marketing automation, and websites.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all work requests.
  • Ensure all deployed campaigns are following appropriate laws and regulations.
  • Creates monthly reporting to analyze digital performance results.
  • Assists in developing, proofing and editing content for articles, podcasts, presentations, reports, and other marketing materials. Establish and manage a content campaign calendar.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Skills And Experience

  • Requires at least 3+ years of experience in online development and/or online marketing, including experience with website content management solutions, with understanding of marketing automation, search engine marketing best practices and understanding of email best practices for design, subject lines, copy, testing, calls to action etc.
  • Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Strong command of all marketing tactics


Qualifications

  • Technical understanding of Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager, Social, or equivalent platform combinations
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM strategy and activities
  • Superior communication, writing, presentation, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Evidence of learning quickly and the ability to build on existing business foundations
  • Excellent time and project management with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership and initiative, and work independently with minimal direction while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
  • Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
  • Ability to execute tasks on time, all the time and keep marketing colleagues and internal clients up to speed on progress
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; demonstrate effective time management skills by completing assignments within calendar schedules
  • Maintain focus on digital marketing activities that will generate actionable leads and opportunities for the business line sales teams
  • Has the functional and technical knowledge to do the job at a high level of accomplishment
  • Some travel required within the United States and internationally (10-15%)
  • Interact with divisional team in Sweden to stay aware of the latest global updates to the website from the product company, and build digital communications around those changes to build awareness and web traffic.
