With Marketo's data retention policy that drops certain data fields after 90 days, our organization is looking to see how other companies have handled this when they have a long sales cycle. Ours is anywhere from several months to several years. Even the shorter cycles still lose visibility into things like page views and dates that data changes (our pipeline stage advances, etc.). Any advice on how to retain this data? Are you using a Launchpoint Partner? Are you able to do this within Marketo? We've worked with our Marketo rep and they still can't get us where we need to be.
