We are seeing 2 lead records with the same exact email address, however, the company name is different. Is this why it didn't dedupe upon the 2nd form submission?
That would only be the reason if you have a compound primary key (email + company) specifically set up by Marketo support.
Thanks Sanford. We don't have this set up. So now I'm wondering why this person was not just updated in the current record instead of a new record created causing duplicate. I guess this will be a question for Marketo Support.
