We’re looking for a Marketo Administrator who has experience optimizing various inbound and outbound marketing channels, and has a passion for building systems and processes that make marketing and sales teams more productive and successful.
Responsibilities:
    • Optimize and maintain our marketing automation and tech stack (Marketo and SFDC)
    • Partner with Sales Ops on vetting and implementing integrations with our CRM and other automation systems
    • Build and manage email campaigns, including setting strategy, identifying target audiences, testing, launching, and analyzing results
    • Create emails for launches, announcements, blog updates, lead generation, and lead nurturing
    • Develop and execute ideas for email nurturing campaigns, A/B tests, how to improve email marketing metrics
    • Work cross functionally across the Product, Sales, and Upsell teams to create, execute, and manage a full ABM initiative
    • Build and deploy programs to maintain hygiene and integrity of our prospect database
    • Analyze and interpret data to measure performance of our campaigns
    • Communicate initiatives and results of marketing campaigns to sales + leadership

Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2-4 years of growth marketing or marketing operations experience
    • Marketing automation expertise using Marketo
    • Experience with Salesforce (Leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities and campaigns)
    • Understand email standards and regulations such as SPF, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR
    • Experience designing and implementing A/B tests
    • Great collaborator and excited to work with various teams at Carta to grow our business

Nice-to-haves:

    • B2B, SaaS, and/or Finance experience
    • Marketo Certified Expert
