Oxfam is currently using Marketo and is in the process of implementing Salesforce, with a go live goal of October. We're looking for a CRM/MarTech Manager to join the team to help us finish the implementation and, once live, be responsible for the strategic development, management and integrity of Oxfam's marketing technology including Salesforce, Marketo and Oxe (an internally built platform for our Trailwalker events).
We're looking for someone with Marketo and/or Salesforce experience as well as fundraising/marketing smarts. You'd be managing a team of CRM Analysts and working closely with the Supporter Engagement Manager to help fundraisers and advocacy staff use technology to improve supporter experience and retention.
