Tokens not populating in emails

Hi RDU MUG,

 

Has anyone experienced text My Tokens not populating when an email sends? I have several workshop programs set up that populate the specific time, date and location for the specific workshop in an email reminder to people who are enrolled, but there have been several instances where the info did not populate in the email (see images for a recent example). 

 

This happened again last week and when I opened the email preview the information did not populate, but when I edited the draft it was all written correctly. I removed the tokens and added them back and then information populated in the preview. 

 

Please let me know if you have experienced something similar (and if you found a solution!) or if you have any ideas!!
