Why a person that received and clicked in an email (it is registered in his activity log) doesn´t appear in the Members tab of the program? It is an operational email.
I don't think that's an automated process. You need to create a Smart Campaign to make people members on Email Click (and exclude the unsubscribe link, if any). Of course, the first question may be whether you need them to be members for an operational email.
Thanks, Jep. The smart campaigns are created exactly the same as other programs where the figures match perfectly. This is why I need to know where they don´t for that email.
Hard to answer that without seeing the setup. I would open a support ticket.
