Tasktop is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist (Marketo Expert) to own the technology and processes at the core of a wide range of marketing campaigns and programs. We’re looking for someone who can become a subject matter expert in our current systems and support our efforts to refine and expand our technology stack. This role requires someone who can think fast and creatively to solve problems and deliver technology solutions that fuel growth.

Members of the Tasktop Marketing team provide global coverage across their specialities in Digital, Demand Generation and Communications. As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a vital role in initiatives that fuel the growth of a company that is driving innovation in the DevOps software industry. In this role you will:
Manage the daily operations of Marketo and the marketing technology stack.
Work on key projects to launch new initiatives across the Go-To-Market teams.
Create and maintain program templates that allow Marketing team members to quickly create new campaigns that adhere to best practices.
Manage reports and dashboards for the Marketing team in Marketo and Salesforce.
Leverage data insights to expand segmentation and enable targeted messaging across channels.
Own our lead scoring and lifecycle programs that deliver qualified leads to Sales.
Work with Marketing leadership to develop and manage demand generation campaigns.
Evaluate new technologies and systems to improve and optimize performance.
Great candidates have:
2+ years Marketo administration experience (Marketo Certified Expert preferred)
Experience with Salesforce administration (lead assignment rules, custom field creation, process automation)
Excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
Ability to elicit and translate business requirements into automated programs
Continuous improvement mindset
Effective in juggling competing demands and priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G Suite
Knowledge of GDPR, CASL and other global data privacy and communication legislation
