GotoWebinar stopped syncing - registration error

Hi there,


Are we able to check when exactly the connection between GotoWebinar and Marketo stopped syncing? We can fix the error by resyncing through launchpoint but am just trying to find out what time this may have occurred.

 

Also, we currently have numerous people within the webinar program who are sitting in the program status 'registration error' as a result of this syncing issue. Our smart campaign has been set up to send them a follow-up email with the webinar link that they use to join on the day {{member.webinar url:default=edit me}}. I just wanted to check whether anyone knows whether this link would've populated in the email? We know they received the email but we can't tell if the link populated.
