The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for managing a world-class marketing technology stack and strategy to execute ABM and demand generation programs with the goal of accelerating revenue.
• Execute global ABM and demand gen programs utilizing technology such as: Integrate, Marketo, On24, Drift, and Bombora.
• Optimize all marketing channels and tactics such as: email, media partners, content syndication, webinars, social media, web, retargeting and paid search.
• Drive personalized account engagement for targeted ICPs and generate qualified new logo leads to the sales organization.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Demand and Marketing Ops, you will be responsible for executing this critical part of our team’s go-to-market strategy. You will own the all marketing technology, managed properly to become a showcase case study of what unifying the top of a funnel can do for B2B company. You will also ensure the product marketing tactical plans are properly executed and deadlines are consistently achieved.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the execution of the ABM and demand gen marketing programs.
• Own and manage the Integrate platform, leverage it for all top of funnel channels and create a world-class example.
• Own and manage Marketo, assess current state and develop a plan to utilize this marketing automation tool to its fullest.
• Own and manage Integrate.com and other web properties, assess current state and develop a plan to optimize for traffic, user experience and search engines.
• Research, scope, and adopt how current and new marketing technology can being utilized across the team, including training on how to best utilize technology.
• Assure ABM and demand gen programs are driving leads and engagement activities for sales, measuring the ROI and making data-driven decisions based on this analysis.

• Experience in driving scoreboard and KPI reporting.
• Marketo Certified Expert in last 5 years.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Campaign Execution, Marketing Demand Gen or Marketing Operations role, in SaaS or technology company preferred.
• Experience in B2B marketing preferred.
