I have set email to run at a later date it never runs. I always have to manually run it at the time I need it to run. Not sure what i'm doing wrong.

You'll need to move the thread to Products (Move link is at the right). This isn't a support space.
After moving, please include screenshots of your campaign setup.
You must choose a time at least 15 minutes in the future for the "Run later" functionality. Is it possible this is the issue?
I have always chosen a time way past 15min, most of my run dates are usualy a few days in advance, but they never run.
This sounds like it's probably an issue for Support - I'd log a ticket.

Yes that was the only thing I could think of. I would recommend Grace's option of reaching out to Support.
