The webinar invite email went out and people are able to register but they don't actually show as registrants. Any suggestions?
They do not show where as registrants? In a smart list? Do you have the Marketo event synced with a webinar provider?
They don't show in Marketo or Salesforce that they are registered, and the event is synced with GoToWebinar.
Is the registration form built in Marketo? Is there a smart campaign that looks for that form fill and moves the program status to "Registered"?

If you create a smart list with the filter "member of program" and "status: registered", do these people appear?
