Email - If I modify an existing email, does it count as a NEW email?

Hey guys,


I know that Marketo doesn't send the same Email twice to the leads.

But, if I unapprove an Email, then modify it and approve it again, does it count as a New Email?

This email is a part of my engagement programs.
