I don't see that Notification option anywhere in Admin.
And my error isn't showing up under the Notifications section in the header.

Ah, bummer. It looks like that duplicates exception isn't on the list of notifications you can subscribe to from Marketo. but for future reference, this is where you see them (notifications in the top purple bar, and then you can see the list or subscribe to which ones you want). Hopefully someone has a clever way to get this set up as an alert...
