Hello Everyone
I had a query- I want to use the Marketo Event Check in app for trade-shows at my company but it will make sense to use it if I can add a field "notes" which allows the rep to take notes against the attendee being checked in.
Any suggestions as to how to do it?

You can't add or delete any fields from the Check-In App. If you need a custom form you'll have to host it on a landing page and display that on the tablet rather than use the app.
