No, there is no standard way to do this. You can either rely on the data for GA or have custom workflows to track this data in lead fields. As an example, if a user clicks link A on a web page, you add them to a static list or update their interesting moment.
If you have a data mining tool, and if you need this report for many web pages, it may be worth exploring the option of extracting the data from the lead activity log via the API, and processing it to create such reports.
