Re: Could you please explain "Campaign success tab" in details?

Hi Yuvraj Chavan ,

Please find below the detailed explanation of all these terms.

Total Members - The sum of all the people/members who have a status in a program are Total Members. A member is a person that has a status in a program. So Total members are just the sum total of all the people who have a status in the Program

Acquired by - When a new name enters the system as a program member, Marketo automatically sets that program as "acquisition."  For example A person fills out a form on a landing page in the program or You import a list of new names into the program from a CSV file. So the sum total of these new names who entered Marketo as a program member are reflected here

Socially Acquired - Leads acquired by the following Social Apps are part of the "Socially Acquired" count. The social apps include Social Button, YouTube video, Poll, Referrals, and Sweepstakes

Success - The purpose of a program is to create a meaningful interaction with the person or prospect. Success is marked when a person reaches the status that achieves that goal. An example would be if a person clicks on a specific link in a marketing email or successfully registered for a webinar, we can mark these actions as program success criteria. So the Success tab really shows the total number of people who achieved this desired success criteria

For example in the below snapshot, Attended is the success criteria

pastedImage_4.png

Member - As shown in the above screen shot Invited, Registered, No Show, and Attended all are program statuses. The count shown in "Member" are a sum total of all the members in the program bifurcated by their respective program statuses. For example in the screenshot you provided, the Total Members are  - 2380, out of which 9 have  - "Engaged" status and remaining 2371 have "Member" as status

Hope this helps
