Dan, have you heard anything from Marketo on this one yet or determined why this is happening?
Unfortunately this has been a painful issue we've had for a very long time...using either the conventional standard lead qualification / conversion process and even some of our own custom conversion processes. Can't seemed to find a way around it yet. I hope you have better luck.
Hi Sean - at this time Tier 3 Support does not have an answer for us. They are still looking into it.
