We are piloting MSI with a few sales folks and they are loving the email plugin. The only complaint is the flood of notifications and data they get from when they CC folks they are working in tandem with, training, or reporting to. Is there a way to limit the information that shows up the the notification list? It is mostly being used with Gmail/Chrome so that is primarily what I am referencing here. I'm asking here because at the moment I don't have too much time to dig in and try to figure it out on my own. Thanks a ton!
