      What We Are Doing:

      We are providing solutions for one of the largest needs in the security space.  ForeScout is at the forefront of IoT Security. As the world is becoming more and more connected so is the need for ForeScout’s solutions.

      ForeScout is seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to report directly to the Global Marketing Demand Generation Director and will be hands-on within our Marketo instance planning and executing marketing programs and email campaigns. The successful candidate will be strategic, tactical and influential.

      What you will do:

      • Administer day-to-day marketing automation programs with Marketo. This includes designing forms, landing pages, automation rules, and custom fields.
      • Day-to-day execution of email program, including; setting up campaigns, coding emails, creating/segmenting lists, scheduling emails, setting up A/B tests, QA and reporting.
      • Own email campaigns end to end. Manage the development and execution.
      • Track performance of campaign, segmentation and different channels
      • Target campaigns based on data segmentation
      • Manage data cleansing projects
      • Revamp marketing automation workflows
      • Assist with development of our email marketing roadmap and strategies that support our business objectives
      • Design and define business requirements for marketing automation campaigns.
      • Troubleshoot email rendering issues and provide solutions, including technical issues related to HTML templates.
      • Perform data cleansing and manage segmentation as needed
      • Ensure accurate, timely execution of programs with a high level of responsiveness to internal stakeholders.

       

      Skills Required:

      • Minimum of 2-5 years experience in marketing automation tools, Marketo experience preferred.
      • Saleforce experience preferred.
      • Ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple programs at once
      • Experience building and running automation programs
      • Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests.
      • Strong attention to detail.
      • Patience to work with a wide range of individuals with varying technical skills.
      • Ability to communicate well with management and cross functional teams.
      • Ability to listen and identify pain points and team challenges and formulate solutions.
      • Ability to be highly productive with minimal oversight, work under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, stay organized, prioritize, manage time effectively and attend to details in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
      • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain effective internal and external relationships.

       

      What You Bring to ForeScout:

      • Bachelor’s Degree
      • 2-5 years prior experience in this same role or similar role
      • IT Security industry experience preferred
      • Ideally have worked in a Salesforce environment that was integrated with Marketo
