    MS Dynamics Sync Error

      I'm receiving the error "MS Dynamics Sync Error: Unable to update lead." I don't work in MSD so asked the gentleman who is the admin for it if he has seen anything in error logs referencing Marketo. He said he's not sure where he'd look for that information. Can someone tell me where he should look?

       

      I don't know if the problem is rooted in Marketo or MSD.

       

      I'm learning Marketo and don't yet have much knowledge of the admin functions.

          Who setup the Marketo solution within your Dynamics environment?  This includes the creation of a Marketo sync user with rights to do many of these activities. 

           

          The error logs can be found here (under Settings):

           

           

            If you need access to all columns (which is usually necessary when you send this to Support), you'll need to generate this reporting in Advanced Find.:
