I deployed an email with a minor typo. Is there a way to correct this for anyone that hasn't opened the email?
You can't change content that's already in people's inboxes!

No, you were never able to alter the content of an email that's in someone's inbox. Ever.
What you might have been able to do is change the destination of a URL so that after the lead clicks the URL, it redirects elsewhere. The URL in the email has not changed in this case.
If you have inserted a bad URL into a Marketo email, but you didn't break the domain or protocol (i.e. it's still a potential page on your LP domain) then you can create a Redirect Rule in Admin >> Landing Pages.
