This is a shot in the dark but I'm wondering if something can be altered in a flow step. For creating a task, there's a Choice action that assigns an alert email to the Lead Owner. Is it possible to have that alert get sent to the Contact owner instead? If so, I'd assume that it would involve some back end manipulation.
For this particular situation we have existing contacts to an account, in which we'd like to send the alert to the contact owner. There are also leads for that particular account under a different owner that it gets sent to.
