You should use T/F in Marketo if that's what is showing. Marketo also display T/F as Y/N on the Form creation too.
There's no form involed - it's just Marketo triggering based on the value in CRM, which then executed a series of flow steps. But since this values in CRM are Y/N, the trigger isn't executing.
I don't know anything about MS Dynamics, but I know there are certain field types in SFDC that Marketo can not trigger from (calculated fields). It could be an issue along those lines rather than the T/F and Y/N problem - possibly.
