Since last week, we have been having issues with our Marketo integration with CRM. It was a custom integration using Boomi as our Middleware.
What we are noticing is when Boomi makes the following REST API calls, there are certain fields that get returned with NULL values even though data exists in the platform
This is a critical issue as it affects the downstream sales process since key data elements are not being provided to the CRM.
Has anyone come across such an issue in the past and if so what had to be done to resolve it?
Any help or guidance will be much appreciated.
Your question is far too vague... you need to specify exactly what requests are being sent to these endpoints (full payload/URL), the full response payload, and how you're comparing to what's in "the platform".
