Currently we have two types of inbound forms.
At the moment any form fills sync to Salesforce in "Leads" as Lead Status "New"
My Marketing director wants Lead Status (In SFDC) to automatically tag Content Form fills to be show up in SFDC as MQL-New and all Product Request form fills showing up as SQL-New.
Is this configured or map in Marketo or Salesforce...... or combination of both?
It's both, those statuses need to be available and of the correct record type in SFDC, and the flow step that populates lead status needs to be setup appropriately.
You would use the change data value flow step like below, but of course you would need constraints or different smart campaigns to assign the different statuses based on the form.
