Sounds like you're looking for the Email Performance report. If you right click on your program, you can Add New Local Asset, and select report. In that list, select "Email Performance."
Once there, go to the setup tab, and double click on "Selected Emails" in the filters section. That will give you a popup where you can check the box next to the programs where the three email assets you're sending reside. Make sure you adjust the timeframe of the report (also in the setup tab) to be for the time period you're looking for.
Once you do those things, go to the Report tab and you should get send, deliver, click, unsubscribe, etc., data for each individual email, as well as rolled up in aggregate.
I might be misunderstanding though, do you only have 1 single email asset? If that's the case, this will not solve your problem. You'd have to create unique email assets to have a single report that shows all three sends comparatively.

So i need to create same 3 email and 3 smart campaign under the program and then need to check the report under the program by selecting all the 3 emails.
Is this report give me a comparison of among the 3 emails.

If you want to roll up the results into a single report in Marketo, but have that report broken out by each time the email sends, yes, you will need 3 assets (at least as far as I know). As Sant Singh Rathaur mentioned, you can use the campaign email performance report to build a report for each send, but it sounds like you want everything rolled up.
If it were me, it might consider creating a snippet of the email content itself and creating three email assets with the same snippet. That way, if you want to update the email as time goes on, you're not stuck updating 3 separate assets and instead can just maintain that single snippet. I'm not completely sure what the email message is, so that might not be a good option but just throwing it out there.
Email performance report generally pulls the report on the basis of one email but here you are using 1 email in multiple batch campaigns. Try creating campaign email performance report, it will help you to generate separate report for each campaign.
