      ABOUT OUR DEMAND GENERATION DIRECTOR
      This person will lead development and execution of a comprehensive strategy to drive demand for Yellowbrick products with an eye on sales pipeline and revenue. We’re looking for someone who can architect the demand generation function, including scaling lead generation across channels, and monitor the creation and positive conversion of inbound activity. This position begins as a hands on contributor and expands over time with the opportunity to build a demand generation team.

      A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT DO

      • Architect, build, and lead the demand generation function to scale sales of Yellowbrick products
      • Create and execute all online marketing campaigns across a variety of paid and unpaid channels
      • Oversee the inbound traffic avenues on yellowbrickdata.com and other externally facing assets focusing on lead acquisition and conversion
      • Rigorously measure campaign spending and optimize with quantitative and qualitative goals to drive leads through the sales funnel
      • Oversee marketing automation system and interaction with customer relationship management system to ensure accuracy for attribution
      • Manage lead generation funnel as well as measurements within the marketing department and across the sales department through closed opportunities
      • Foster company-wide efforts such as working with product management to identify new campaign opportunities to drive pipeline

      A FEW THINGS WE’RE LOOKING FOR
      We’d like to find someone with proven success in scaling demand generation, especially in infrastructure, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience. At our emerging size, we need a leader who can be hands-on with our systems, specifically with their marketing automation platform of choice. And we would like to find a positive and influential team leader in the pursuit of excellence and consistency across all of our marketing efforts.
