Hi Lisa, you can make a smart list of everyone who was "sent email" or "delivered email" and has "not opened email".

If you want to send them to unopens after a certain time period, then add a wait step in your initial campaign flow for the particular time you want to wait for the resend. Add Send Email again to you flow after the wait step. The click "add choice" in the send email step. If have not opened email (original email), then email (original email).
