Same for me, but after 24h, it updated...
Thanks Michael - unfortunately that hasn't happened for me. I've submitted a support ticket, so we'll see what they say...
I've encountered the same problem. I guess I'll submit a ticket also. Thanks for the suggestion (however indirect).
Just in case anyone else searches this issue, I've heard back from support with the following:
"There is an error with tracking modules in the LMS. We have escalated this to the vendor and are awaiting a response. We will update you as soon as we have it fixed."
Thanks for the update. I sent an email but didn't hear back. Hopefully it'll be resolved soon.
James, just curious to see if your issue has been resolved. It's been over 2 weeks and my email hasn't even been replied to. :(
