      We are looking into Outreach.io for our sales process. What are your companies using and what are the pros and cons?

          Our SDRs use Outreach.io and they like the functionality to disposition leads from Outreach.io. If the marketing team needs to share new templates with the team it's easy to do so and see the response rate of certain cadences.


          The only thing is it doesn't sync activity for records that don't exist in SFDC until the salesperson creates that contact in SFDC either via Outreach or SFDC. All activity history from that point on will be moving forward, not retroactive.
