We've all been there, trying to explain to people outside our community why we love Marketo. And for some of us, why we wouldn't even think about using Pardot.
Some of us have to explain that to finance. A comprehensive list of features and benefits and why they're important doesn't move them. They don't even understand what you're talking about. Sharing the Gartner magic quadrant on lead management doesn't work either. All they're saying is 'show me the money'! Literally. What is the delta ROI of using Marketo instead of Pardot?
Have any of you been in a similar situation? Did you come up with the magic number? How did you calculate it?
In the absence of that, have you quantified the ROI of any specific feature in Marketo that is not provided by Pardot?
