I have created a subscription to a Program Membership Analysis report from RCE, which is being emailed to me daily. I'm having two issues with the subscription:
- On attempting to view via my desktop computer, I am presented with the following message "The file format and extension of the report don't match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don't open it. Do you want to open anyway?"
- I am unable to view the attachment on mobile (iPhone 6). It simply loads a blank screen. I have no issues with Excel attachments from standard Marketing Activities report subscriptions, and have tested a number of different marketing activities reports with no issues.
Has anybody else experienced these problems? And is there any way to change the format of the RCE report subscription to CSV/PDF? Thoughts/solutions appreciated.
