Is there any way to turn off activity creation related to SFDC contacts where the account is tagged as a certain type and the activity is not sales-ready lead in the lead score?
For example, a contact downloaded thought leadership from the web. The contact is actually a reseller of our product and not a lead. Because this person downloaded this piece of thought leadership, Marketo obviously gave it a score and this person was manually reassigned to a sales professional. In reality, this is not a lead, it’s a reseller and a contact in SFDC. So the question is… Is there any way to turn off activity creation related to SFDC contacts where the account is tagged as a certain type and the activity is not sales ready lead in lead score?
I don’t think so but I could be wrong…
What activity creation are you referring to?
It it's cause by a smart campaign, you can do whatever you want with choices in the flow steps.
If it's the automated that is set in the admin -> salesforce section, I give you a good piece of advice: turn if off completely. Admin - Salesforce Sync Activities
