Some of our sample emails are taking up to 25 minutes to reach our inbox. Is anyone else having the same issue?
From time-to-time, I have experienced delays in sample emails reaching the inbox but it generally works itself out. You shouldn't have it be a problem for an extended period of time if you do you may want to reach out to support.
The latency could be on your server accepting the email or delivering it to your inbox. Support can pull the delivery or bounce logs if you can provide them the time you sent the sample email.
