    Salesforce Email Blast Blank

      Hey guys,

      We have a rep who used Sales Insight to mass email a custom email to a list of selected contacts. It seems that the recipients received blank emails, as is the record of the sent email. The rep is sure that the email was filled out. He also tested before sending and the email looked fine.

      Everything seems to be working fine now, but this is somewhat of a serious issue. Anyone have any thoughts or experience here?
