The Director of Demand Generation at ThousandEyes is responsible for the strategy and implementation of effective demand generation programs and marketing operations that meet the growth objectives of the business, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, nurturing, and scoring, sales enablement, and leading the reporting and analytics used to consistently refine and improve marketing programs and for the executive team and board.
The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of business ownership, marketing and operations acumen, leadership, agility, and communications skills and will have a passion for data analysis, metrics, and reporting. This individual also excels in operations that enable predictability, scalability, and efficiency. This position reports to ThousandEyes’ Chief Marketing Officer, and offers an excellent opportunity to make a tremendous, direct impact on the success of ThousandEyes’ aggressive growth objectives as a disruptor of a high multi-billion dollar addressable market and as a pre-IPO Company.
