A few different recruiters have reached out to me about this job at Red Hat. It is a 10-month contract position, with the position (and likelihood) of transitioning to FTE at the end. Red Hat uses Eloqua.

 

Responsibilities:

Design, build, maintain and troubleshoot marketing automation logic for segmentation, nurture programs, drip programs and re-engagement programs

Create emails and coordinate landing page and form builds to assemble various nurture programs

Support efforts to define and build segmentation criteria to manage contact lists for programs, including troubleshooting and maintaining flow logic

Document operational and nurturing processes, programs, procedures and integration with other tools

Work with team to develop and maintain nurture reporting methodology, reports and dashboards, including overall performance and engagement metrics

Assist with global nurture and promotional email related project management between Digital Strategy, Campaigns, Field Marketing and Marketing Operations; including project scope, planning, scheduling and timeline

 

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

4+ years of related work experience in B2B demand generation

2+ years of marketing automation experience

Strong knowledge of marketing tools like Eloqua and Marketo

Thorough knowledge of Salesforce.com desirable

Advanced knowledge of demand generation techniques and email fundamentals, including understanding of the buying cycle, personas and lead progression

Strong project management capabilities and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal peers and stakeholders

Detail-oriented and problem solving project manager with ability to explain/diagram complex solutions

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
