      Digital Communication Assistant

      Marketing Automation
      ·         Responsible for e-mail production, campaign management, distribution, and reporting for email campaigns; maintaining design standards, quality assurance, and queue management for e-mail campaigns while ensuring consistent workflows and brand messaging.
      ·         Partner with internal design team on e-mail campaign design elements.
      ·         Provide support for e-mail marketing campaign analysis. Including, but not limited to, compiling monthly and quarterly statistics on e-marketing campaigns, creating and formatting reports, and communicating results to internal stakeholders, as needed.
      ·         Assist in development of new analyses and reporting as well as working with saleforce.com admins on data flow from Marketo to Salesforce.com to populate end user dashboards, as needed.
      ·         Create Salesforce.com campaigns for e-mail marketing programs; work with Salesforce.com administrators to ensure data requirements are met.
      ·         Under direction of the Digital Director and Manager, execute a marketing database strategy, including how we structure, acquire, capture and use data, and data hygiene, quality control and health.
       
      Other Responsibilities (as needed)
      ·         Assist Digital Manager, as needed, with social media campaign execution via Hootsuite.
      ·         Partner with internal design team on social media design elements.
      ·         Report on customer and prospect engagement via social channels.
      ·         Monitor and analyze web activity and reporting, and support the implementation of organic search programs including formatting site code, structure, and content in Sitecore.
       
      Mandatory Qualifications:
      List knowledge, skills, and abilities required to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
      ·         Intermediate to advanced HTML and CSS proficiency; Marketo, Salesforce, SharePoint Designer, Photoshop, Sitecore, and SEO knowledge
      ·         Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and ability to set priorities
      ·         Must be able to work independently and with project managers to meet all deadlines
      ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interact with all levels of employees
      ·         Effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
      ·         Self-learner
       
      Background & Experience:
      Indicate the professional background and educational experience required for this position.
      ·         4-year college degree required, with emphasis in marketing or communications preferred.
      ·         3-4 years of work experience
      ·         2 years of experience working with marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred)
      ·         Experience in financial industry preferred.
      ·         Registrations required, but may be attained in first 90 days of employment.
