Sync two email fields from one SFDC contact (Potential Issues)

In our current SFDC model, we have two emails at the contact level. One is for personal email, the other is a business email. Currently the personal email is the primary email that sync’s with Marketo as the unique identifier. With our SFDC setup we have two separate person types, individual contacts and business contacts.  Our business contacts primarily use the business email and are currently not sync’d with Marketo. We want to start syncing the business email into Marketo, but I am curious to what issues might arise by syncing two email address from one contact into Marketo.


I’ve searched the community for known issues and have only found solutions for running campaigns to email a primary and secondary email.
