      The Marketing Automation Specialist supports, manages and maximizes the effectiveness of the company marketing automation platform (MAP). Responsible for delivery of automated marketing campaigns, managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring and analysis while providing proactive leadership in the utilization of MAP. Provides guidance during the creative process to ensure relevant marketing content, targets and other materials for delivery to the right target audience in the MAP workflow. This individual also defines and maintains the governance documentation for the MAP program.  

      Reports to the Marketing Communications Manager.  Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or business related field of study. Three (3) or more years of Marketing experience, preferably luxury marketing or similar products.  Expertise with marketing automation platforms (ideally Marketo), CRM tools and email management programs, including campaign testing and optimization.  Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with demonstrated experience creating reports that support business objectives and forecasting.  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in varying delivery timeframes.  Excellent project management, communications and report generation skills.  Ability to work with ambiguity.
