I was wondering if anyone has successfully deployed a B2B email marketing campaign to re-engage with dormant leads before those leads get removed from your database.
Success being defined as a percentage of the dormant leads have engaged with the content.
We are also considering ensuring explicit opt-in as part of the campaign mainly at the form level.
I am wondering if we should be sending one email a week for a months and if those leas do not engage then remove them form the database. Or should it be an email every other week? Should the emails also contain an message about op-in or should this only be on the form to access the asset being promoted.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
Thanks a lot
