Has anyone here started using the new recipient time zone feature?
I've tried to send 3 emails to my marketing leads list utilizing the feature, and they've all failed. I just tested sending to myself, and it went through without a problem. Any ideas on why it would do that?
I've opened a ticket with support, but they can't help unless I leave a program that has failed, so it'll have to wait until another mass send. I did happen to get a screenshot of the (not very helpful) error:
Hmm We started using timezone sending but haven't encountered any errors yet. That looks like a very generic failure reason. Did you reach out to support?
