It was so great seeing those of you who attended the MUG meeting last night! During the meeting, I mentioned my team is beginning phone interviews for the Marketing Operations Specialist position we are adding and it is the first time hiring a position like this. Many of you offered helpful advice on what questions we should be asking these candidates and how we should consider weighing certifications, experience, etc. when narrowing our list. I wanted to open this up to the rest of the group -
- What "must-ask" interview questions do you come prepared with when interviewing candidates for a Marketo/MOPS role?
- What questions should we ask that will help us gauge their Marketo skills or probability for successfully adopting Marketo?
- What other advice do you have for us???
