It was so great seeing those of you who attended the MUG meeting last night! During the meeting, I mentioned my team is beginning phone interviews for the Marketing Operations Specialist position we are adding and it is the first time hiring a position like this. Many of you offered helpful advice on what questions we should be asking these candidates and how we should consider weighing certifications, experience, etc. when narrowing our list. I wanted to open this up to the rest of the group -

I like asking "what is the coolest thing you have built in Marketo" or "what is the coolest project you have worked on" - the latter if you want to keep it more general. I think it helps gauge the level of projects (s)he has been involved in, and you can tell how excited (s)he is about this type of work.
